- COVID-19 Update
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all of our staff, including all of our customer facing staff and investigation officers, will be moving to work off-site from Tuesday 23 March 2020.
We will continue to be able to deal with unresolved phone and internet complaints from residential customers and small businesses, while helping to protect the well-being and safety of our staff and others in the community who are more vulnerable to the effects of COVID-19.
However, as we are adjusting to our new remote working environment, we ask for your patience as there may be some delays in responding to complaints.
Whenever possible, we ask that consumers contact us online via live chat or our online complaint form which can both be accessed from our website. Customers can also SMS us on 0488 854 555. We are committed to maintaining the quality engagement with our customers and members.
