EWOSA’s social media pages have been created to provide a platform for South Australian energy and water consumers, as well as other stakeholders, to learn more about our services and engage with us in a respectful manner on matters within EWOSA’s jurisdiction.
EWOSA is an independent dispute resolution organisation. Complaints cannot be submitted to EWOSA via our social media pages. If you wish to lodge a complaint, please call 1800 665 565 or visit www.ewosa.com.au/submit-a-complaint.
Terms and Conditions
By engaging with EWOSA’s social media pages, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions:
- Please do not post comments intended as a complaint for EWOSA to action. Complaints can be lodged by phone on 1800 665 565 or via our website.
- Please do not post comments about any ongoing EWOSA investigation.
- All comments must remain respectful. Offensive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or politically polarising content will not be permitted.
- Do not post comments about energy or water providers that are abusive, offensive, or defamatory.
- Do not post personal or confidential information (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, or details of other people’s cases).
- Posts that spread false, misleading, or inaccurate information, including those about EWOSA, or any energy or water providers, may be removed.
- Please keep comments relevant to energy and water consumer issues or EWOSA’s services.
- Spam, trolling, advertising, or repetitive/disruptive posts are not allowed.
- People or organisations that post on EWOSA’s social media pages do so at their own risk.
